Get an up-close look at hawks and owls as you learn more about their personal stories and their amazing adaptations that help them survive. Join Mark Baker, a bird rehabilitator, and his live birds to get an intimate look at birds that normally stay far from people.

Mark will present programs on his birds at 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., followed by time that people can come up and experience the birds a little bit closer. Visitors will also be able to take apart an owl pellet and reassemble the skeleton inside to learn what the owl ate. There will be hawk and owl themed crafts and guided tours behind-the-scenes where volunteers take care or Liberty, Audubon’s Bald Eagle.

Bird of Prey patches will be available for scouts and other patch lovers for an additional $3.00.

Mark Baker is a licensed raptor rehabilitator from the Olean area. His non-profit, Eagle Dreams, rehabilitates birds of prey and works to teach the public more about the birds.
