Have you noticed that Audubon is adding more and more ways for children to play outside near the building? Research shows that there are amazing health benefits to spending time outside and even being able to see a natural landscape from inside. Discover some of the research being done about nature’s health benefits and have some fun on the way.

The speaker will be Jeff Tome, a naturalist at the Audubon Community Nature Center, who will be stepping in to take over the scheduled program by Mario Mazza about Timberfish.

Special Information: Bring a brown bag lunch to eat afterward and enjoy the company of the speaker and fellow participants.
