Paid reservations required by Thursday, January 10, 2019.

This month Little Explorers will learn all about the amazing world hidden deep underneath the snow. This program includes a lesson followed by outdoor exploration, and a snack. If time and weather allow, a craft is included.

During the winter, animals do all sorts of creative things to survive the cold and snow. While some animals migrate or hibernate to escape the weather, others burrow deep under the snow to stay warm. Come learn about how these creatures build their tunnels, build a tunnel of your own, and then head on out to see if you can find some of these amazing animals in action.

Special Information: This program takes place rain or shine, please dress for the weather.

Cancellation Policy
  • If ACNC cancels the program, participants receive full refunds.
  • If a participant cancels before the deadline, a refund, less $5 processing fee, will be made.
  • If a participant cancels after the deadline, no refund will be made, but please still notify Audubon of your cancellation.
