The culmination of apple season is the delicious reward. Come and learn more about products like cider, sauce, and jelly at the September workshop. Cider will be the star at this program, both sweet and hard. There might be samples of some of these treats.
While most apples don’t ripen fully until October, this program gives you information to prepare for production. Learn about that tools you’ll need, apple combinations, and tips for preserving the bounty in the workshop. It will set you up nicely for the October harvest season.
