Join ACNC for a sneak peak at the Monarchs, some great food, margaritas, and activities. The day before the Monarch Butterfly Festival, the Nature Center is a flurry of motion as preparations get underway. The multipurpose room gets a makeover as it becomes a butterfly house full of flowers and Monarch Butterflies. Join ACNC for this exclusive, adults-only preview before the big festival. 

Monarchs need help. Throughout the last decade, Monarch populations have been decimated by habitat loss, deforestation, and drought. Through a fun game, informational presentations, and the opportunity to view all stages of the Monarch life cycle up close you will learn more about their plight and how you can help.

Bring your friends and enjoy drinks and south-of-the-border-themed appetizers as well as the butterflies and the fun. Each admission includes two drink tickets. Beer and non-alcoholic beverages will also be available. Please reserve early, admission is limited.
