This month Little Explorers will investigate the wonderful world of moths and butterflies. In order to survive and grow, moths and butterflies make some pretty big changes to their bodies and the way they act. After a lesson, you’ll head outside to catch some of these incredible insects and learn all about how they change as they move through life.

Little Explorers are children ages 3 – 8 with a grown-up or two. A lesson inside is followed by an outdoor exploration and a snack. If time and weather allow, a craft is included.

Special Information: This program takes place rain or shine, please dress for the weather.

Cancellation Policy
  • If ACNC cancels the program, participants receive full refunds.
  • If a participant cancels before the deadline, a refund, less $5 processing fee, will be made.
  • If a participant cancels after the deadline, no refund will be made, but please still notify Audubon of your cancellation.
