Tuesday, May 1, 2018, 6:00 – 7:00 p.m.
Followed by program from 7:00 – 8:30 p.m.

$10 per person for dinner; program is free
Paid reservations required by Monday, April 30.
Limited enrollment.

* Mature children aged 9 and older are welcome when accompanied by an adult.

You’re invited to an educational and inspiring evening event. First, enjoy a delicious vegetarian dinner prepared by long time cook and gardener, Willow Fodor.

Following dinner, the Chautauqua Watershed Conservancy presents "Saving Chautauqua Lake, Our Greatest Natural Asset, Tourist Attraction, and Economic Engine." 

The menu for the evening includes:
- Quinoa Tabbouleh Salad
- Hummus and Red Pepper Dip with Pita 
- Mediterranean Vegetables over Polenta
- Dessert

Cancellation Policy
  • If ACNC cancels the program, participants receive full refunds.
  • If a participant cancels before the deadline, a refund, less $5 processing fee, will be made.
  • If a participant cancels after the deadline, no refund will be made, but please still notify Audubon of your cancellation.
