Join Rick Rupprecht to learn about maple syrup from beginning to end.

The Sugar Maple trees are gearing up to push sap and anyone who knows what that means is starting to anticipate the arrival of the sweetest treat. Rick has been making maple syrup for years, and he has a sweet little sugar shack to help with the effort. Come and learn more about the low-sugar tree sap become the topping of choice for pancakes, waffles, ice cream… the list goes on! Maybe you’ll even get to sample some!

 

Special Information: If you would like to bring a brown bag lunch and stay after the program, you are welcome.

Cancellation Policy
  • If ACNC cancels the program, participants receive full refunds.
  • If a participant cancels before the deadline, a refund, less an $8 processing fee, will be made. If the registration is less than $8, the processing fee will be 25% of the cost of the registration.
  • If a participant cancels after the deadline, no refund will be made, but please still notify Audubon of your cancellation. No refunds after 30 days from purchase.
