Pennsylvania Timber Rattlesnake "Hunt" (Adults aged 16 and over*)
*Participants must be able to hike at least one mile over medium-rough terrain.

Date and Time: some time between June 15 and July 21, to be mutually determined by host and participant(s).
Deadline to purchase: May 15, 2019
Cost: $250 for up to two adults, includes bottled water, snacks and one meal

On a mutually agreeable date participants will travel to St. Marys, PA, and from there to areas where rattlesnakes can be found.  If snakes are located, participants will be able to take photographs.  To handle snakes, participants would need to have a current PA fishing license AND a permit obtained through the DCNR.

Special information: Individual(s) may have to arrange for lodging and meals for a night or two in the St. Marys area, depending on how quickly we can locate snakes. Weather will be warm and humid.  Long-sleeved shirts, long pants, and hats are strongly recommended.  Snake chaps will be available.  Directions to the meeting place will be handled later.
